The festival brings seafood, a craft fair and concerts to Praça da Bandeira: Kamisa 10, Cidade Negra, Guilherme & Benuto, Roupa Nova, Marcos & Belutti and Entre Elas. A four-ton shrimp risotto is served on Oct 11 and the town's 194th birthday cake on Oct 13.
